It's a bit spontaneous now, the doodling. I had also considered 9 meters, but with walls it becomes too narrow. The child and office can be swapped later, then the teenager has their own shower bathroom, you have your domicile downstairs. Or someone has to mediate and swap the kitchen and living room. Somehow you would have the nice view to the back and the west terrace...

I consider that out of the question, and I find the blood alcohol test road layout at least equally remarkable: it was probably planned by someone who hates garbage truck drivers, it would already be a rally course on level ground. In this context, the original building envelopes almost appear "consistent" *shakes head*

Thanks to everyone for the input.

We said to scrap the roof terrace plan, so it will be redone.

In the meantime, I have received the attached values regarding heights. This is not from the surveying office, it is a "favor" from a planner's acquaintance and is supposed to serve as a basis for the x-different construction companies before having the surveying done by the office. Accordingly, it is probably not detailed. But if you can get an impression from it regarding the property/cellar issue, it would help me a lot.
In the area itself, about 10 houses (out of nearly 40) are already built – not a single one with a cellar. That’s why we thought it would not be an issue for us either. But it may be that our plot is especially "special" and everything looks different for us :(
In the next few weeks, we will have to commission a surveying office anyway when we are at the stage where contracts are in prospect.

The contour lines in the plan overview therefore seem to be 1m lines. Then there would be an elevation difference from west to east of about 1.5m in the area of the house, from north to south it is about 0.5m. hm ... maybe also split-level with a side entrance, if that is an option for you? I can't think of a sample floor plan off the top of my head. Exciting task for an architect ;-) .

Please take some photos so one can get an impression of how they solved it. To distort the data, once they are finished, I would mirror them if I were you (every camera already does that).

As I understand it, the ridge direction is SE <> NW. So with respect to the house there is only one slope, namely on the NE side 1.5m lower. Or do I have a knot in my head right now?
