You can forget the contour lines by now - since the access road has now changed the situation completely.

I read about 1.5-2 meters in the building plot, so you won’t reasonably get around having a basement. What does the development plan say about embankment, or is there nothing mentioned about it?

In the aerial image, 31 to 33, 35 and 36 are developed and do not show any significant terrain modeling, although the contour lines clearly indicate a slope towards the basement:

Fillings are allowed - 1m as I understood.. a few construction companies mentioned something like that they can plan well with it (attached screenshots of the development plan).

Unfortunately, I did not understand .. did you mean - the photos do not show a basement although they all perhaps also needed one because of the slope??

I also took a few photos as suggested.. do they help to assess what the others have done? (I deliberately "cropped" the houses)...

You may show the houses fully (cf. "Friesenhausentscheidung"). Yes, it is possible to see in your pictures - unfortunately not in the aerial view - that terrain modeling has been carried out. The plot-specific height reference point is marked on your property at the transition between street / parking spaces, but unfortunately the measurement is not indicated.
