I mean: I see walls depicted here and examples of furnishing or sanitary objects computationally just barely fitting "successfully tetris'd in"
I have a different view here. I had already furnished the apartment in various versions with a tool and was satisfied with the possibilities.
I would rather put it the other way around: omitting the controlled residential ventilation is compensated with a misleadingly low price deduction of 13k. Without controlled residential ventilation, there is no heat recovery, but rather heat loss shock ventilation - which in my opinion perverts the upgrade to EH40 instead of the Building Energy Act.
Honestly, we are also bothered by the absence of controlled residential ventilation. For cost reasons, we have already had to make cuts in several places. The house was once about 170 sqm and had to be planned smaller.
Based on your criticism, we are currently recalculating whether we can still scrape together the 13k € through savings elsewhere.
So he already works full-time now, and prospectively very soon both, without him and her disturbing each other. From three keywords (data protection, discretion, concentration), each one is in my opinion reason enough not to compete as two home workers for the resource guest room.
So I do not work from home because my employer lives 5 minutes away. Besides, I'm not really the type for it, it will only change in an extreme emergency. My wife will also not work full-time but only 20-25 hours. The financing of the house is also only through my income.
My impression is: the OP has — God knows how long — tinkered and now looks at his masterpiece with satisfaction.
On the contrary. I have given up the idea of drawing the perfect floor plan where everything is thought out down to the last detail and every piece of furniture already has its fixed place. There should be no gross blunders, and so far I don’t see any. However, I take your criticism to heart and will reconsider some points.
Regarding cost savings for controlled residential ventilation:
Yesterday we came up with 3 windows and one door to save costs. One window less each in the bedroom and bathroom to the north. Guest/office window to the north. And the utility room door can be replaced by a window. This is not enough money-wise yet, but would be a start.
