Heating: No, I wrote, first there have to be numbers on the table ... I'll wait for that. Pellet would be preferable for me ...

Mmh, the staircase is always the sticking point. I wouldn't plan a "ladder" - especially not in the stairwell. The space just has to be sacrificed.

We thought so at the beginning too. Basically not wrong. Our problem was that there was actually no pellet supplier in the vicinity. I would definitely check that beforehand if I were you. Otherwise, the stuff comes from elsewhere and you pay yourself silly on the transport costs.

So then .. bigger staircase is in, but the bathroom has lost a bit and the storage room .. but I think that's ok. Pellet supplier? Ok .. that's something we haven't even thought about yet .. I'll find out ... Thought something like that was standard nowadays .. *sigh*

Pellets... yeah, you need a fireproof room for that, right? This should then be near the heating system and of course the chimney. Ideally, the room should be street-facing, so that they can easily reach it with the car and the hose. Should that stuff go into the [Technikraum]? I would swap [Hobby] and [Technik], that way you have the chimney right there. But it then needs to be a bit thicker, because you need 2 flues. One for the fireplace, one for the heating.

I googled yesterday for 2-zuge fireplaces and was totally unsure about what I would need there. I only found them in the dimensions 80x40 and larger, and that fits there quite badly. I wanted to get some decent heating advice today. I thought about a pellet storage at the back wall of the bike cellar ... so dividing it with a wall. Fireproof? Really? When I look at all the plastic bag silos (I don't want those), then they are certainly not fireproof. But mine would be even. Roger
