I am only saying that as a layman one should better not give out any information.
By the way, in my floor plan I am talking about the span "right left" in the living room area and the basement underneath it.
Raw construction dimension 10.0m ;)

Ok, here is my layman's opinion:
Check the door hinges carefully. At least half of them are not correct.
Then the proportions cannot be right: the washbasins upstairs are smaller than the one in the downstairs WC. The utility room should be centrally accessible from the hallway (groceries, crates of drinks etc -> traffic route).
The staircase seems too narrow and small to me - ridiculous especially compared to the completely oversized rooms. I also like it spacious, but then the details have to be right as well. Long traffic routes: for example, dressing and going to the bathroom, forgot something, through the bedroom again and back again. The door definitely into the hallway. Toilets/wet areas always one above the other... the sewage pipe should be kept short. Do not lay toilet or water pipes in the walls of living/sleeping rooms (noise disturbance). The stove has no chimney. Where is the TV supposed to go?

..here we go (had to check first ;-)) The windows are randomly placed in width and in the walls.... No harmony is visible. Plan with symmetry and equal measurements. Suggestion for the bathroom: as already said... bathroom above bathroom. In the second suggestion, I don’t see a shower. Behind the tub? then too narrow. You bump into the wall when entering the bathroom. In the first suggestion, you always have to pass the window to get from the shower. That’s not nice either. Oh yes, the stairs are too short... calculate with a comfortable length of 4 meters, shortening (to 3.70) can always be done by the architect. But with your sizes, the floor height should be adjusted... so plan at least 4 meters for the stairs. I found the TV. By the way, where is south actually? Pay attention to your many angles in the walls, that causes considerable edge surcharges, and that also costs money. Revise the suggestions and post them again :-) Good luck and have fun planning wishes Yvonne
