Yes, why not?

Is a ventilation system planned?

The utility room should be large enough; you could even save at least 1 sqm there in favor of the hallway!

Exactly, WRL is being installed ... would that be sufficient for ventilation? A dryer does release quite a bit of moisture ...

What do you mean by this combination of statements? You do/do not know that a vented dryer (laundry) does not work with controlled residential ventilation?! Of course, a ventilation system can handle your emissions!

You need a condenser or heat pump dryer... then water goes into a container or drain and waste heat into the room... you can then use this with the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] if you provide an exhaust vent in the storage room (which would be logical)... then everything works...

...although I wouldn't want a dryer or washing machine near my sleeping area...

as ypg said, vented dryers don't work...

Hello, here is an update again, we have raised the knee wall to 165cm, this should give a more spacious feeling at the top. So far we are happy with the floor plan ... at least we can't think of anything else we want to change.

Here are the modified drawings again, a technical room has been added at the bottom (we like to have everything behind a door), which can also be used to store some small items. We are still a bit dissatisfied with the bathroom, we really like the walk-in shower but we believe that we are wasting a lot of space there. Does anyone have any ideas regarding this or in general?

Thank you very much

I would remove the airspace on the upper floor and place the stairwell there. This would make the bathroom bigger. Or if you insist on keeping the airspace, then anything that needs to be stored should be integrated into the dressing room. However, I don't find the dressing room in the nice bay window very successful. Otherwise, it looks nice. We will also have a wall with an open passage between the utility room and the technical room. Best regards milkie
