Aaaaaaltteerrrr again. Guys, building a house is not an Amazon order that I can return even 4 months later and still receive an apology email. First clarify the financing and then sign the construction contract. But with that income, you are the preferred clientele.

We signed a house contract with a company including a right of withdrawal for financing and land, and in the withdrawal declaration for financing it says if the bank of our choice does not grant us financing, you still have to apply at BHW. How can that be???

BHW also has to comply with the Residential Real Estate Credit Directive and similar regulations; ultimately, the clause only means that you have to take care of financing at BHW as well; not that you automatically get one there.
