Child benefit is correct. Apart from that, it’s not the first time someone has reported something like this here. But with that salary, you are a lonely frontrunner in allowing yourself to be forced into something like this. It’s like being talked into buying a set of pots worth €20 for €2000 on a coffee trip without having the money for it. Some people are simply not mentally capable of handling business.

And to top it all off. Often the contracts state that 10% of the construction sum must be paid as compensation in the event of withdrawal. A contract is a contract. Unfortunately, a lawyer does not always help in this case.

Maybe you can whine a little but will it help???

Oh right, that was wrong in an answer, it was correct in the question. The impression remains nonetheless.

Did you have the contract in hand for at least 2 weeks BEFORE signing it in order to review it? According to our [GU], this must now be the case because there were too many unscrupulous sellers who sold houses to people without them noticing.

Aaaaaaltteerrrr again. Guys, building a house is not an Amazon order that I can return even 4 months later and still receive an apology email. First clarify the financing and then sign the construction contract. But with that income, you are the preferred clientele.

Well; regardless of what the previous posters have already said.

BHW also has to comply with the Residential Real Estate Credit Directive and similar regulations; ultimately, the clause only means that you have to take care of financing at BHW as well; not that you automatically get one there.
