House including special equipment 300000! Not: fireplace 10000, platform 1000, electrical 5000...

It is normally divided into:
house costs
special equipment
ancillary building costs

miscellaneous and EL

We signed the contract with the [GU] before the financing was finalized. We stipulated in the contract that if no financing materializes, only the planning services provided so far have to be paid.

The [GU] then sent us a list of companies they work with. There we roughly pre-selected, and were later able to settle additional services directly with the companies without the [GU] charging extra.

What we also appreciated was that the construction company gave us a realistic explanation of additional costs beforehand.
