Thanks again to everyone. Yes, and I know myself that that was naive and totally stupid and went wrong, but I think everyone makes a mistake sometimes.

Just as an example of what BHW financed about 2 years ago within the circle of acquaintances. 1 income 1500 net, other income student with part-time job. Used property purchased, incidental purchase costs and minimum equity financed from the same desk as a private loan.

It's true, everyone can make a mistake sometimes. But: you yourselves set a guideline of a 1000€ installment. Even that would be suicide. The whole idea of buying a house in your situation... you came to that conclusion yourselves. How did that happen?

What I absolutely don't understand either are sellers like that. Either natural born assholes, or so alienated from themselves... a normal person wants to be able to look in the mirror in the morning.

Yes, it is important now to seek professional advice that knows the legal and contractual pitfalls and possibly finds gaps in the contract documents.

If it is watertight, you only have a deal with the provider left. The problem could be that the commission has already been paid to the salesperson and is not subject to a withdrawal clause. That means your housing provider already had quite high costs that he will of course try to get from you in any case.

Better gone with damage than damage without end.- And people: no moralizing now. You don't kick someone who is down, whether they fell by themselves or were pushed down.

Well; behind meidet there is also family that needs to be fed.

Salespeople are mostly paid according to success. Unfortunately, it is these very ones in the prefabricated house sector who are under a lot of pressure; because building land for single-family houses and semi-detached houses is hard to come by.

All the developers who build entire neighborhoods are huge competition in metropolitan areas. For example, in Cologne, the city no longer allocates building land to private individuals.
