Ongoing operating ancillary costs single-family house

I pay 438€ per year for the residential building with [Elementar], [Glas], and [Photovoltaik] under our house sum.

Pay 394€ per year without photovoltaics.

That strongly depends on the area. At Check24, there are even residential building insurances for 120 and household contents for 70... I don’t have glass insurance, that makes it significantly more expensive, and glass rarely gets damaged anyway..

Edit: Just typed it in: with glass and elemental coverage it would be 305€ at the same insurance. Near a river or on a slope it quickly becomes much more expensive.

Have a lot of glass and small children, so it's included in the building insurance. Was about 30€ or so. I don't have glass included in the household insurance, as the glazing inside is manageable. However, I do have the natural hazard extension in the household insurance, so that comes to 150€.
