Old building unknown socket - high voltage for stove?

Hello, please excuse me. This is my first forum. If I am doing something wrong, please correct me. I bought an old building from 1961. In my kitchen, there is a socket with three slots in a crescent shape. Two crescents point inward, the middle one outward. What is that? High voltage for a stove? Where the stove was in the kitchen, there is already a line for a stove coming out of the wall... thank you very much
