Special equipment are indeed furniture, but they have to be paid for and priced in. Of course, they should not be included in the house price, but they should be included in the overall calculation.
These costs will arise with every provider. However, I have to keep the overall budget in mind.
Of course, but it makes it much easier if, for example, this is shown in the calculation in such a way that it is directly suitable for a bank. Kitchen and lighting are calculated from the lending value.
Planning status:
[*]Plot €100,000
[*]House €343,014
[*]Additional costs €76,670
[*]Extras €32,000
[*]Total €551,684
We ask you for your HONEST opinion on our project in general and the current cost calculation.
What I am still missing is a buffer (the €8,000 is not a fixed price for the excavation, right) as well as the breakdown of the plot into incidental purchase costs and the part that goes into the lending value.
With Bien-Zenker we honestly don’t even know exactly what we are actually getting. Because we know the house from the pictures in the catalog, but these always include special equipment. Real pictures we would only get after signing. I can’t buy something I don’t even know?!
Yes, you can. The equipment is not recognizable from pictures, but from the construction specifications. These are decisive. Probably Bien-Zenker means pictures of the actual views after the first planning round has taken place.
The catalog is only a guideline and explains the design style.
