I'd be careful there. Because almost always the sellers are not the construction managers. You can have a dynamic seller but unfortunately a slowpoke on the construction site. Then better the other way around. Or best of all, of course, no slowpokes at all.

You are right. But if the sellers don’t get in touch as agreed, I feel like a customer being taken for a fool. That shows me they probably don’t feel the need, and accordingly, their offer will be like that. As I said, I hope to learn something about the property tomorrow and can then continue planning.
