The staircase is already very steep. It's already leaning towards the "chicken ladder" direction. I would recommend seeing and walking on such a staircase live beforehand to check if it is also OK for you.

Where will the wardrobe go?

As always with such "bare" floor plans: Draw in the existing and desired furniture and don't forget the traffic routes. Then you can quickly see whether such a floor plan works or not.

I think that every time as well. But as a single person alone, I don't think it's such a problem. If necessary, you can plan built-in cupboards along the long kitchen wall where the rain jacket can go.
Stylish terraced houses were built for us; they are still on the market. Planned as a neighborhood, that's what they call it now, where a playground with benches around it is supposed to be a central meeting point.
Here is an example of a house with 148 sqm on three levels for a family of four

Not "strange" but politely put "hard to believe" is that the walls here are virtually "glued mitered." I wouldn't even know what I'd have to smoke to believe that. Anyone knowledgeable about construction wouldn't draw something like that—someone without such knowledge programming a machine to depict it that way would. In reality, on the construction site, something won't fit there (or will simply be "done" by Immerso workers without paying attention to the plan). In the end, I see someone proposing to you to accept something different from what you paid for.

Oh come on, it's not an execution plan, just a presentation for the client. Don't always overestimate these design sketches.

I had already thought about that. Attached is a photo (anything but to scale) of the kitchen planning and a picture of the bathroom window (is the neighbor’s side, but it is the same in my place).

I had seen the staircase in photos once. It didn’t feel like mountaineering to me.

I wanted to put a narrow wardrobe against the staircase wall. That’s enough for my three jackets and five pairs of shoes.

Attached is also a picture of the cross-section.
