Many things look good in pictures, but the decisive factor for a staircase is how it can be walked on. Your stair rise is right at the very upper limit of what is implemented in residential construction. As long as you live there alone, that will work. Living with a woman, it will get fuller, and if children come, it will get even more interesting. Why do the two children's rooms have different sizes? Overall, I would change some window opening directions. Will whole doors or windows with a fixed glass element below be installed in the floor-to-ceiling openings?

Child 1 is supposed to become my bedroom. Child 2 my office. I don’t care about a larger office.

The floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor are full doors. On the upper floor with glass element.

It looks a bit fragmented. Is that a patio door? If the house is planned, there must surely be a picture from a brochure as an example? Please provide the ID of the online brochure or a picture of a prospectus so one can get an idea of how the planners envision it. The furnishing of the living area would also be quite interesting.

Unfortunately, there was no proper brochure. I still have this 3D view. I don't want a huge kitchen. However, the kitchen area will be tiled. One could also choose a U-shape regarding the kitchen.

A huge kitchen is not necessary either. U-shape: that's why my question is whether that is a patio door or a window. And since it seems to be a door, a U-shape is out of the question, unless you want to shut yourself away.

The floor height is 2.9m with 15 steps, the rise is 19.3 cm and the tread is 24.2 cm 2*193+242=628 mm therefore according to the standard only uncomfortable to walk on.

2 s + a = stride length

Standard Stride length: 590 mm to 650 mm s: stair rise a: stair tread

One more step and at least 260mm stair tread are recommended. In my opinion, this is still feasible for the straight staircase. The staircase will then be about 50 cm longer.
