New semi-detached house - suggestions for the planned floor plan

I once saw the staircase in photos. It didn’t feel like mountaineering.

I wanted to place a narrow wardrobe against the stair wall. That’s enough for my three jackets and five shoes.

In pictures many things look good, but what is crucial for a staircase is how it can be walked on. Your stair rise is right at the very upper limit of what is implemented in residential construction.

As long as you live there alone, it will probably be fine. With a woman it gets more crowded and if you plan to have children, it becomes even more interesting.

Why do the two children's rooms have different sizes?

Overall, I would change some window opening directions. Do the floor-to-ceiling openings have full doors or windows with a fixed glass element below?

Kitchen planning

It looks a bit patchy. Is that a patio door? If the house is planned, then there is surely an image from a brochure as an example? Please provide the ID of the online brochure or a picture of a prospectus so one can get an idea of how the planners envision it. The furnishing of the living area would also be quite interesting.

I don't want a huge kitchen.
