The placeholder seems a bit too small to me (after all, a washing machine doesn’t stand directly against the wall), so the WC on the ground floor is ruled out because the access to the shower would be blocked, the dressing room uses a lot of space due to the space (by the way, it can only be operated in a bent position) that you actually need for the cabinets. Somehow, it’s just a makeshift solution to plan a washing machine without a dryer in these rooms. What is the basement for then? Also seen in the dressing room: a cabinet depth is 60cm, the placeholder drawn for the cabinet is less than 40cm deep... this dressing room (without ) can only be furnished in an L-shape with cabinets: long wall behind the door as well as a custom cabinet with greater depth under the slope, the rest is traffic space.

What I notice is that you are making all the windows in the living room 1.80m wide. Only the double-leaf patio door is not. It is only 1.50m. WHY? Do you want to open both leaves every time to get onto the terrace or do you squeeze through a 65-70cm wide opening with a tray in your hand? Tiles in all rooms is a matter of taste. It wouldn't be my thing either. And sooner or later, carpets will at least be laid in the children's rooms so that the child is warm or sits softly. Because tiles are cold and unpleasant to play on, even in summer. The hallway itself will be quite dark throughout the house. I would consider whether it makes sense to add one side panel next to the door and a skylight over the stairs.

Due to 's statement, it occurs to me why I have so many problems with the whole construct from : The door width (interior doors) has rough dimensions of 88.5. That results in 78 cm doors. Therefore, the proportions of the rooms are not correct at all. This error also affects the external entrances. As a result, the rooms look visually much larger!

The windows can also be one size up: from size S to size M! See the bedroom ;) The measurements are not clear to me: normally width and sill height are given... here probably width and window height... but that doesn't match with a standard sill height.

When I designed my house, I always built in a buffer: set doors to 101 and walls to 12 cm (load-bearing walls to 24 cm). I planned wall corners behind doors at a distance of 70. Ultimately, these are rough construction dimensions that you give to the architect later... he then adopts the values. Only a WC or wardrobe door can handle these 88.5, everything else is too narrow! Please make a correction once and nothing will fit anymore.

Everything else is cheaper in installation anyway, because the gluing of tiles commercially outprices everything. You still have time to consider, possibly open a new topic ;)
