I have written it many times already: I see no chance to achieve KfW 55 or even "just" the reference house according to the new Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 using gas supply. In my opinion, this is only possible by installing a heat pump (drinking or service water), thicker bricks, solar and more insulation. So overall quite a high investment.
Builders hurry up! The state makes your house more expensive.
This sentence from the start thread (Focus article) by Supergrover now gains an additional "spice" when you consider that the subsidies from KfW are just "window dressing." Why?
Every new builder with, for example, pure construction costs
only for the house of
€ 260,000 incl. 19% VAT
pays indirectly to the
state via
=> € 41,500 in
value-added tax
- from this the state transfer payment KfW-
repaymentgrant can easily be served.
PS: I have had a new
gas condensing boiler since 2013, house 130 m²; last billing (09/2014) gas for 365 days; consumption just under 15,000 kWh;
€ 808 total costs; amounts to
€ 68 per month for
heating/hot water!
Will the
(my) new air-water heat pump manage that...?
