Apparently you yourself have not quite understood what you want to know. As Nordbayer already said, if you want KFW funding, you have to hire the consultant, if not then you don’t need them. Whether the funding is something for you or not, you have to decide. Although negative interest rates (loan+interest-funding) also seem reasonable to me even with only 10 years fixed interest period.

Why do you only get an 8000 euro grant? With KFW 55 there are 15% of max 120,000 and that per housing unit.
