Mmh...probably works, but to be honest I think the "T" is very tight. Are these raw structural dimensions? We have 305cm width and decided against it. In the "Kloeck" you can just about turn around. 122 cm minus almost 60 cm for a toilet (I wouldn't do such a short toilet in the main bathroom) leaves 60cm in front of the toilet. With 90cm shower width I assume the toilet is the same. That's the minimum width people usually use. 90cm shower width is also just barely enough and anything but generous. I think the T-solution "shrinks" the room here. I personally wouldn't do it. But it's your decision. I just think it should be mentioned that in my opinion the room has the absolute minimum width for a T. It might look more generous on the "animation." Above all, these should be raw structural dimensions. Subtract plaster/screed and maybe 1-2cm of inaccuracy, suddenly you're missing 5cm.
