New construction bathroom floor plan upper floor - feedback?

We have completed the planning of our city villa. I am only still unsure about the layout of the bathroom on the upper floor. Due to the ventilation pipe from the toilet flush, a wall covering is created which I consider not to be optimal. What do you think, how could this be optimally arranged? Please send tips and suggestions, also other layout variants are welcome.

I didn't even know that a toilet needs a ventilation pipe?

You don't have to highlight your ventilation pipe with color after all. If you simply paint this pipe white, just like the wall next to it, it won't stand out at all.

How thick is such a pipe? Can it go into the wall?
