So again: the length of the shower spray and the opposite wall is relevant. The way you draw in the fitting, you reduce the shower space by half. The fitting must be installed at the bottom of the plan so that the 2 meters, meaning the length of the shower, actually makes sense. If you install the fitting on the right side of the plan, everything will flow through the shower entrance.

???? With your variant 2 you are building in darkness and a blocking problem again.
Therefore, in my opinion, this one is not really an option ;)

Ok variant 1 is really the best.

Can you please also give me some tips for the bathroom in the granny flat.

Leave as is. For a bathtub tray, push the tub forward by 10 cm. Shower moves along.
