I am surprised that no one here is criticizing the tub under the windows. Even for me, it's almost a no-go, at least with these windows [emoji6] Are small children moving into the house as well? It won't be child's play to wipe everything dry after bathing... including windows, including blinds/shutters/privacy screens. How will the latter be designed?
Exactly, but unfortunately no suggestions are coming
As said, due to lack of alternatives. The shower has to go in this corner - no other corner is possible because of the window and door. The bathtub could still be placed lengthwise along the wall. Certainly better to access the window, but that does not affect your problem. The sinks should be near the window - so where they are. The toilet is the only thing that's somewhat flexible. Would the ventilation pipe look better on another wall now?
Attached is the sketched idea to place the toilet on a ceiling-height partition wall and next to it a built-in shelf that aligns flush at the top and sides.
