Negotiation strategy with the agent and the seller

Our bank has valued the house we bought 50,000 euros less than we paid. So what? What good is that to me if I can’t get the house on the open market for that price (nor any other comparable one)?

And purely out of my own interest, where did you find the experts? Internet?

3000-4000 euros are not a big deal now. And he has sold his house. There is no guarantee that he will sell his house at that price even without an agent.

My question is rather how I should negotiate with the broker. Here, everyone immediately points to the price and the seller. I would also give him his 380000 euros. The problem is the shark broker.

So if you are from Bavaria or something and not exactly Meck Pomm (that's why my question to you which you didn't answer) then unfortunately you won't get far with your strategy....

And the problem is not the shark but that you found the house over him and not yourself..... but the seller can't do anything about that....

Yes, that is an interesting piece of information that could be decisive in the whole discussion, because I think that real estate in Saxony doesn't sell that well.... You really negotiated the broker down nicely, so try your luck: offer the seller the 376 and see if he bites
