And why not just a heat pump? Then as of today you can save yourself ST and photovoltaics (and the gas connection). And on the topic of battery and photovoltaics and heat pump, there are enough threads here showing you can definitely do it, but it brings no monetary advantage.

Because the offers from the installers with heat pumps did not fit price-wise, or they only had the combination units (controlled residential ventilation and heat pump) in the offer.

I understand that there is no monetary advantage. I am just looking for a way to get the solar system off the roof, because I like photovoltaics better. Battery heat pump is thought of for the future, what will come of it I do not know.

For us, the heat pump is not a solution. Much higher acquisition costs, distance problems to the neighbor, after 15-20 years the entire heat pump must be replaced, dependence on electricity, especially at very low temperatures, when the hot water tank is empty, heating takes several hours, etc...

If possible anywhere, I want a gas heating system.

So our hot water storage is warm again in 30 minutes... The brine-water heat pump is also efficient at low temperatures, and whether I am dependent on gas or electricity is probably irrelevant.
