Everything is already quite dry here as well. The plants that were newly planted have to be watered anyway. Fortunately, I had already planted most of the perennials in autumn.

The lawn and beech hedge will probably manage fine. But if it gets really bad... before everything is destroyed, you have to water after all.

already now I also saw on the news last week that northern Germany is already in such bad shape with wildfire danger. Something like this usually only happened in August. If at all...

Mother-in-law's lawn has been watered for a week, dryness tends to affect it (exposed southern location, hardly any shade). Our beds with the standard trees and strawberries as well as the flower bed in front of the house are watered from time to time. Cheers to the well. The approximately 60-meter-long earth embankment with varying vegetation on the property is loved by insects. Two weeks ago, the Zibberle tree was blooming; there was a huge swarm of little critters to be seen. Now is the time when everything slowly – or sometimes faster – wakes up from its winter sleep. I love this time. In winter, when everything is bare, I can't imagine how wonderfully everything will sprout again!

I've been doing this daily for 2 weeks - but since it's newly seeded, it can't be helped.

Even though it's not much yet, it's so pleasing to the eye that the brown is finally disappearing.

I have reseeded. I don't think it will work. The birds have been suffering from [Ranzewähdich] since Thursday evening due to overeating.
