Hello first of all, I have a question I have an old wall cabinet that was mounted vertically on the wall with a corresponding door. now comes the tricky part, because I want to hang the cabinet horizontally on the wall and have therefore bought the Utrusta hinges 602.046.50. unfortunately, the cabinet does not have the pre-drilled holes where I can screw the hinge and I have no idea how to find the right position for the hinges..... before I measure with a tape measure in the kitchen department I wanted to ask here. important, it’s not about the position on the door, for that I have the template that comes with it. it’s about the position of the hinges with the lifting arm.

Regards

Hello, do you mean the two 5 mm holes for the mounting plate? Distances from the edge: 20 mm, 52 mm

How do you want to load the cabinet, in kilos

It is possible that it won't hold and the bottom and top, which would then be the side panels, will tear off and the contents will then lie on the countertop.

you can attach them well to the wall with the spare part 124516.

most kitchen builders, including me, have a few left over. you can probably also get them in the bargain bin for a few cents or via the spare part request form.

but if there are cabinets on the left and right, you can of course also connect them very well with furniture screws from the hardware store.
best regards robi

Good morning
thanks already for the answers.
I will try to take a picture of the holes that I am missing so it will be easier to understand.

um, do you think that will happen? I wanted to put glasses in there… can that happen because of the different force distribution? I somehow can’t imagine that.
Here is the picture, the holes with the numbers 1 and 2 are missing because I am using a different corpus (it is a corpus from the series Faktum vertical wall cabinet) can someone measure the position and tell me?

The vertical distance is 5 cm. Since with METOD you can mount doors across cabinets, the first hole is also 5 cm from the top edge of the side panel.
It is still not 100% clear to me what you want to do. A vertical FAKTUM wall cabinet would be a completely normal FAKTUM wall cabinet, e.g. 69.8 x 70 cm. You want to hang it at 70 cm wide and 59.8 cm high?
The door is a FAKTUM door, but it should be mounted as a flap with the UTRUSTA flap hinge?
All details are important.
