Mounting for tall cabinets

I am currently assembling my kitchen and still need wall cabinets. I have chosen these:
Metod wall cabinet horizontal, white, Kallarp light green
Article number: 991.443.68

I had ordered a rail with a tall cabinet, the Ikea advisor did that. However, the hanging hooks of the cabinet do not fit on this rail in any position. I initially fixed the cabinet with dowels, but I was surprised that something like this doesn’t work.

Does anyone know exactly which rail you have to buy for the cabinets?

which rail did you order? The Metod rail 602.056.64 is the correct one.

I can no longer say that, I also do not have the invoice with me at the moment. In any case, the suspension for the tall cabinet (which are supplied and with which the cabinets are fixed to the wall using dowels) simply did not fit on this rail, which was recommended to me by Ikea.

It's best to take a photo of the rail. The one from METOD is very long and needs to be cut to size. The cabinets are easiest to hang from the side.
