Mount the front of the dishwasher

Hello,
I hope someone can help me. I now have the new kitchen completely installed, and unfortunately, I am uncertain about mounting the dishwasher front. It is the Metod with the front Veddinge in gray, and the dishwasher is a Bosch, model SMI 68 L 05 EU/41.

For this, I was sold the Ersättare mounting Nr. 002.506.64 at Ikea. Since I basically have continuous doors at the bottom, I am wondering if the front necessarily has to be split in the upper area, as shown in the Ikea instructions. I understand that the front needs to be sectioned at the bottom, but this time I can’t make sense of the instructions.

Maybe someone has a foolproof manual for me and knows whether the Ikea mounting is actually the right one? Especially with Bosch/Siemens appliances, it can sometimes be quite tricky.

Hello, you can also use just a 20cm front and a 60cm front, which you cut to the appropriate length. You need to measure if the shortened front is still large enough to use the lower bracket. When installing, you must refer to both instructions. If the lower bracket no longer fits the front, you will have to be creative.
