Moisture on the house wall outside and inside

Please take a close-up shot of the floor-to-ceiling windows. Perhaps it is possible to infer from this how the sealing of the base was done.

What does it look like, is it dried or still of the same extent? I suspect that an internal wastewater pipe has a crack or something similar and is constantly leaking water. If there is a toilet or shower on the left side, the fault could be there.

Basically, I would say that on the one hand it is due to the lack of a moisture barrier to the wall, here a dimpled membrane would certainly help to allow air to reach it.

Furthermore, without knowing the house, I would guess that the short 'house side' faces west, so the weather side.
Driving rain hits the corner, seeps down to the concrete, and draws moisture up the wall. The missing slope in the paving promotes this. Or there is even a slope towards the house wall.

In such corners, the slope should be made greater so that the water really flows away and does not stand there. The combination of gutter and house corner causes the water to collect right there.
