First of all, thank you for the answers.

The clinker lies directly on the paving, without a dimpled membrane.
On the other side of the house, only the first layer of clinker is a bit damp here.
Now the question, if this is due to the missing dimpled membrane, bitumen coating, etc., is this a mistake on our part or is it part of the house and, regardless of us having done the paving ourselves, should have been completed by the builder?

On this side of the house there is no pipe installation, that is on the left side of the entrance door where there is also a downpipe and we have no problems.

You are right, the construction is anything but professional but I already wrote that.
I will definitely fix this, but I am sure that it is not the problem since it is and was watertight.

My neighbor told me that I should remove another stone under the stone that has already come loose to see if there is a membrane there.
Do you agree with this expertise?
Do you perhaps have a link for me with which I can check whether all protective measures have been taken to protect the wall from moisture?

Actually, the sealing must be on top.. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to post links here, but if you google "Wandaufbau Klinkerfassade" and click on images, the third picture shows me a cross-section where the seals are visible as they should be implemented in your case (from what can be seen in the pictures).

We found the following item in the purchase contract:

Masonry:
Base sealing. Bitumen coating in the base area below the Z-foil.
including the creation of a rounding in the corner area. Formed as a mortar bed with a tongue trowel as a rounded corner to avoid crack kinks.
Apply thick coating.
Unfolding approx. 1.00 m

As far as we can see, parts of this work were not carried out, or are we interpreting this incorrectly?
Or does this refer to the underlying wall made of sand-lime brick?

Hello Nepokat

You piled up and paved yourself. You have to blame yourself for not doing the necessary preparation work. Now you have to remove the entire fill and leave it open until the wall is dry. Then do it again, this time properly, from the beginning. And let it dry for a long time. The moisture penetrates deeply.

Hello

oh right yes: while you're at it, put the coupling of the KG pipes the other way around. That way it's corrected at the same time.
For that, you need to use a sliding coupling at the bottom of the pipe.
