Meltwater in the window frame of new wooden windows

Have you ever measured the surface temperature on the inside of modern windows? I have, and fortunately, I could not observe such temperatures. [/SCHOLIUM] Triple-glazed brand new Internorm window with a U-value of about 0.45 under severe outside frost.

Could the installation folds of the pleated blinds still be responsible for this? I removed mine in the guest bathroom because the window could no longer close perfectly.

Here again is the spot in detail. Wouldn't there theoretically need to be a seal here?! It seems logical that there is a gap here where water can seep in - or am I seeing that wrong?

Pleated blind holder = "clamp holder"? = Window seal on the room side is compressed?

... so in this area there is no seal all around. Wood meets wood there - exactly in between is the moisture.
