Condensation from showering and cooking? What does the hygrometer say?

I rather have the feeling that it comes from outside. Now ventilating regularly especially in the evening and morning (40-50%).

Could the installation brackets of the pleated blinds still be responsible for this? I removed mine in the guest bathroom because the window could no longer be closed properly.

The dew point at 18° C indoor temperature and 50% relative humidity is 7.4° C… I don't see anything problematic there

Windows get slightly colder than 7.4 degrees during severe frost. Then water condenses on the glass.

Single glazing with frost flower is the name of this model, but this is not what it is about here! Ever measured the surface temperature on the inside of modern windows? I have, and fortunately (GsD) I could not detect such temperatures.
