Hi!

This "type of stone" is called FACade PAINT! Underneath it is plaster, and no one will be able to tell you anything about the stone beneath the plaster.

Best regards, TomTom.

I had to read it several times as well: You can build houses in a variety of construction methods. Concrete, Y-tong, bricks, Styrofoam shells filled with concrete, and so on. The house is also covered with a plaster layer. In Italy, this is often a lime coat that is smoothed, in Germany there is usually a spray plaster.

Regarding the pictures: These are beautiful buildings, but I’m afraid you have to save for several years to afford such a construction. Or find a building plot where you are allowed to build something like that. Friends of ours recently gave up their dream of a Tuscany house because there are no building plots here where such a thing is permitted. Too many regulations.

But it is nice when, as a young person, you have a goal in mind.

So first of all, thank you very very much :) I admit, the question was a bit poorly formulated.

I want to emigrate to Italy or Spain later anyway (that I am Italian) xD

I will then inquire about the construction of walls etc. and also about plaster etc. :)

One more question:

Can you recommend one or more readings to me?
