my two cents on the heating:
Mixing between geothermal energy and a tiled stove will not work. If at all, implementing that will be so expensive that it is not economically worthwhile.
Have drillings installed. It's much more effective and you can cool the house in summer.
I have 2 drillings of 75 meters each. There I get up to 15°. Summer and winter. That heats in winter, in summer I send the 15° through the underfloor heating. Wonderful.

I was thinking about trench collectors, as they are cheaper than drilling and you can do a lot yourself, plus I have the space for it.
With this, theoretically, cooling would also be possible in the summer.

Additionally, a controlled residential ventilation system with humidity recovery, so the issue of dry air in winter should no longer play a major role.

Wall construction then wood stud construction with 200mm studs and wooden facade (for insulation I was thinking of Steicoflex), the roof should be implemented with insulation between rafters (also Steicoflex).
