No, the access will be where the armchairs are drawn; a sliding door will be installed there. The armchairs will be removed from there.

May I complain again? I do not like the asymmetrical distribution of the windows on all four sides of the house.

(I recommend going to the architect)

Of course you may, it’s not a problem. We will go to the architect anyway, since we need drawings, statics, etc. for the building application, but we wanted to have a draft with our ideas first.

So we looked again yesterday and the upper floor will be changed with a large bathroom for everyone upstairs, and downstairs the bathroom will keep the shower. You’re right, having three bathrooms doesn’t make sense financially. Better to have a bigger one upstairs.

The hobby room will also be changed so that it is accessible from the hallway.

The bedroom will stay where it is with the view.

The asymmetry of the windows doesn’t bother me at all. Especially since the garage side and the opposite side can’t be realized symmetrically anyway, and floor-to-ceiling windows don’t make sense in the kitchen area, but they do in the living room.

: the floor structure looks good, but question, what is meant by WADA? Do you mean the mats for fastening the underfloor heating pipes?

Hello maleba89

my two cents on the heating:
Mixing between geothermal energy and a tiled stove will not work. If at all, implementing that will be so expensive that it is not economically worthwhile.
Have drillings installed. It's much more effective and you can cool the house in summer.
I have 2 drillings of 75 meters each. There I get up to 15°. Summer and winter. That heats in winter, in summer I send the 15° through the underfloor heating. Wonderful.

I was thinking about trench collectors, as they are cheaper than drilling and you can do a lot yourself, plus I have the space for it.
With this, theoretically, cooling would also be possible in the summer.

Additionally, a controlled residential ventilation system with humidity recovery, so the issue of dry air in winter should no longer play a major role.

Wall construction then wood stud construction with 200mm studs and wooden facade (for insulation I was thinking of Steicoflex), the roof should be implemented with insulation between rafters (also Steicoflex). The intermediate ceiling as a cross-laminated timber ceiling with a comparable structure as described by superzapp.

Attached is my consideration regarding the collector. Length etc. still needs to be looked at. Is it possible to place, for example, a garden shed on the collectors later without any problems?
