Additional info.
No, the costs do not include the entire development costs. They exclusively cover the cost contribution for the installation of the geothermal collectors (20k€) and the connection to the network of these collectors in the residential area (5k€).
The system technology is provided at the costs stated in the first post. As mentioned, for the pure 25k€ to be able to participate in this heat supply at all, you could equip an entire single-family house with complete heating and hot water technology including underfloor heating on all floors. I mean completely. Of course, the pure costs for heat are then certainly somewhat higher in comparison. But hey, I currently live in a house with KFW 55 standard and an air-water heat pump. Heat (heating and hot water) cost me around 900€ per year with 4 people in the household (2 adults, 2 small children). In the possible new home, it would be significantly more in the next 15 years, but significantly. After that as well, actually. I just can't get behind the concept, where the advantages for me lie apart from handing over responsibility for my heating, which for me personally is more of a disadvantage to become so dependent. Right now, I only see advantages for the local utility company.
