Hello,
is there any advantage of the low drawers compared to the medium ones? ...
Well, if you only have cutlery, napkins, or other flat stuff in there, why use the medium ones
I find the 3 heights good, better than before with only 2 options.
Yes, you're right. But with the 80 cm base cabinets I see the possibility with the dividers as great to create more order, also with 20 cm fronts.
My kitchen looked like this after planning, from left to right, bottom to top:
Base cabinet 80 (under the sloping roof, rarely used pots, utensils, etc.)
40 high
20 low
20 low
Base cabinet 80 (left still slope, right full room height - sink, waste separation)
40* high, 45
20*
20* low inside 37
All fronts connected
56x50 sink Hällviken black
Dishwasher 60 fully integrated
Front 40*20*20 (699.245.32)
Base cabinet 80 (cooktop, pots, pans, plates)
NYTTIG plate
20 low
20 medium

Base cabinet 40 (cutlery, accessories)
20 low

Refrigerator (freestanding)
Tall cabinet 60x220 (oven, microwave, baking accessories)
20 medium

60 oven
40 microwave (initially a single appliance)
60 door
Tall cabinet 60x220 (food, additional dishes)

I will now exchange all the low 20 cm drawers except those under the cooktop and in the 40 cm base cabinet for medium ones.
For the sink cabinet, I have to try if a 45 cm drawer might also fit on top once the siphon and everything are installed.
Can you actually only return original packaged drawers or can I actually remove them again??? Then I would also modify the drawers in the 40 cm base cabinet....
