I can't tell you anything about sound insulation. We have U 0.5 and RC2 as standard. But do you really need RC2 for a single-family house? I would ask you there whether shutters are included, and if so, whether they are electric? For us, aluminum shutters (electric) were standard. That is often subject to an extra charge with many cheap providers.

I took a look at the website; the wall elements apparently already have the rough installation and the base plaster. So they are much closer to a wooden prefabricated house than to conventional solid construction. But construction is especially slow (whether prefabricated or conventional) mainly if the contractor is poorly organized and there is a lot of downtime between the trades.

To the OP: you basically know that you will not be building with Lechner Massivhaus. You now have a bad feeling, and with every little thing during the execution that feeling will come back, and at least minor issues will definitely occur.

Leave it, save your energy here and look elsewhere. Others also build beautiful houses. Lechner Massivhaus and the consultant will be able to understand. It just doesn't fit.

Building stone by stone doesn't take that long now. The actual gluing of the Ytong blocks takes less than 2 weeks for 2 floors. What total construction time did they promise you?
