They were, as they are listed. Yvonne is planning a shelf of 20 cm at the front end of the tub. However, it can also be planned in depth behind the tub at the wall, if necessary. Standard is, for example, 1.20 m for a double sink. I think there are plenty of options.

120 cm for a double washbasin? I find that more deliberate than skillful. Everything is really tight there, and I would rather see just one sink.

In reality, there is more space. That is just a common dimension in furniture.

Regarding the double washbasin: I personally think the look is just terrible, sorry. As a prompt to question whether it really has to be a DWT, I throw the following question into the room. Is it really the faucet that is the bottleneck with a washbasin, or is it rather the space in front of the mirror when you want to get ready at the same time? If the latter is the answer, then a large, beautiful washbasin with an equally wide mirrored cabinet is enough. If the first is the answer, here is the idea: buy a large washbasin without a hole for the fittings and install two concealed faucets coming out of the wall. That looks much more elegant!

Yes, because it looks more pleasing. I would also plan a shelf at the back. I mean, what are we designing here? A bathroom of a terraced house or a house over 160sqm? The design used in the sketches is, as mentioned, 145cm. We personally have 160 with one sink, next to it the rest is shelf space where everyday items can be placed while in use. There’s even room for a vase ;) In the end, what counts is what the family considers sensible. Some couples need their own for their spit, others manage with one for three. Apparently, Kati’s child will have no needs that grow with age ;) (Hint given)

I don’t want any open storage surfaces because unfortunately they are not only used as a place to put things down temporarily but for eternity. So there will be 2x 60cm washbasin cabinets each with two drawers (of which I will probably get half). And also wall/tall cabinets. Possibly a chest bench or something, but as little open surface as possible.
