Who risks nothing, loses nothing
Nice platitude. Should become the motto for personal bankruptcies. Like a farewell phrase.
Whether a single man or woman risks something or a family... oh sorry, too much reality. Moving on.
And who really risked how much in your example should be analyzed more closely before mentioning names. That was mostly well controlled.
Thanks wonderful, that’s exactly the answer/reaction I expected. Then explain what is uncontrolled about the OP’s situation? Reasonable liquidity situation to cushion vacancies and renovations (part of which the state pays anyway through Anlage V+V). Decent asset situation.
All that at the end of the 20s.
What should the OP do differently? Please provide concrete suggestions or calculations on what would be better or how to calculate the OP’s financial overextension. Crying “mimimi” that the risk is too high is easy. But naming it concretely is difficult.
Completely clear that there are people for whom this “risk” is already too high, but what is an adequate risk?
