Yes, that probably shows the absolute layman (in this case me) The staircase really got shifted when inserting, so they are different. 2 full floors Hip roof (see my exterior views in the previous posts). And indeed, the upper floor has really turned out larger?! It is an approximate sketch, but the layout of the rooms is supposed to be like this or this is how we imagined it.

The dressing room certainly doesn't work like this - unfortunately the measurements are missing. But it looks very narrow like this. Do you need a shower on the ground floor if you don't have a guest room? How wide is the narrow bedroom? Sacrifice the dressing room ... it only ensures that you don't see the mess when you're lying in bed... tidy up or live with the mess, hiding it is not a solution. 10 m² is not very generous for a T-solution in the bathroom.

The dressing room is 1.50 m wide and the utility room 2.40 m. We have the guest room in the basement and we really need this old shower on the ground floor. I would prefer to get rid of it, but we have guests at least twice a month and relatives for a few weeks several times a year. Therefore, the basement is also a must for us. We have seen the bathroom live on these 10 sqm (it is actually 11, but this program and my incompetence...) and in our opinion, it is cleverly solved in a small space. I don't understand anyway why people put all the sanitary fixtures against the walls and then have a dance floor in the middle... for what? IMO the T is even an optimally designed space, especially for smaller rooms. But it's true, 10 sqm sounds like little.

Okay - then the shower is okay. 2.4 ... and 1.5 ... both too narrow in my eyes - especially for two wardrobes, as drawn. Remove the dressing room, make a normal wardrobe wall behind the door (like generations before you ) - then you can widen the room - to 3.2 or so

Alternatively maybe something like this? It strongly depends on opinions whether that works.

Hey that's not too bad at all. I'll give it a try. Unfortunately, the windows would then be distributed suboptimally....
