The dressing room is 1.50 m wide and the utility room 2.40 m. We have the guest room in the basement and we really need this old shower on the ground floor. I would prefer to get rid of it, but we have guests at least twice a month and relatives for a few weeks several times a year. Therefore, the basement is also a must for us. We have seen the bathroom live on these 10 sqm (it is actually 11, but this program and my incompetence...) and in our opinion, it is cleverly solved in a small space. I don't understand anyway why people put all the sanitary fixtures against the walls and then have a dance floor in the middle... for what? IMO the T is even an optimally designed space, especially for smaller rooms. But it's true, 10 sqm sounds like little.
