Now I'm a bit stuck! The kitchen in your property is exactly as I suggested! Small difference, I proposed a row of tall units on the back wall and then a large cooking/washing island! What I meant that no longer works is a closed kitchen like in #14! Here we see a modern open kitchen!

.....with a trip hazard step right next to the narrow passage of maybe 80-90cm....??
Of course it looks expensive and surely was, but I don't really find it successful; the picture with the long kitchen corridor on the left side, where the actual kitchen cabinets stand in a row, is now gone again.
The OP has a whole 11 sqm kitchen and is trying rather to find space!
had set that in my opinion because of the door opening outwards, which will not be necessary with proper planning in the OP's case.

Yes, but both (#18 and #30) remind me of Kern houses ...

We thought about it again and could also imagine something in this direction. However, we would not want to make the guest room any smaller. Windows are currently not yet considered.

I initially drew the kitchen as a U-shape. Admittedly, I lack creativity here and will probably have to visit the kitchen studio again at short notice. I don't immediately see a place for the SBS either, but I wouldn't have to squeeze it in at all costs. An ice crusher for the Caipirinhas in summer would be great though.

That is then too closed off for us. The idea of the double sliding door was to create a relatively open impression when opened.

Thanks, I have not yet considered that. Due to the house connections, the utility room must necessarily be in the northeast (top right) and at least 7 sqm in size. But I will take the drawing as an opportunity to try to play with the shape.

If the SBS stands in your room so prominently, how did you solve the water connection? Meaning, so that it is not visible from the side? That is a weakness of the SBS, if I understood correctly.
