Hello AMNE3IA,

thank you for your comments! They really help us and we realize that we are still at the very beginning of the topic.

Regarding your questions:
Living and dining room spots:
These spots are actually only used for tidying up and cleaning when it is dark outside. I am afraid that with the other lights it would otherwise be too dark in the room. These are supposed to be dimmable so that we remain flexible here.

Office and children's room:
Here we will additionally plan floor lamps and desk lamps.

Guest WC:
Yes, there should also be mirror lighting here.

Storage room:
There will probably be at least one tall cabinet here. This should not be disturbed by the ceiling light.

Bedroom:
Here we will have small table lamps for the bedside tables. This makes us a bit more flexible.

Now probably our biggest topic, the bathroom. Unfortunately, we are still not satisfied here:
The wall in the bathroom is planned to be about 2.20m high. I am thinking that an LED strip for the basic lighting might be sufficient here. I am still looking for an LED strip that can be directed somewhat. The four spots would then be omitted. Something similar, but just with many small LEDs:

WC side: I also could not find an alternative solution with a wall light or something similar that really appeals to us.
In addition, there will be a mirror light.

I imagine the switching like this:
Double switch next to the door:
1. Basic lighting LED strip
2. Spot lighting shower and WC
Another switch for a mirror light

Are there any other comments/tips?

Your original design for the bathroom actually pleases me quite well. Make the spots dimmable, then you also have a cozy atmosphere when bathing. Additionally, add a [Spiegelleuchte] and you're done.

Something different: Is a utility room with only 6 sqm enough for you?

Since the distances are relatively large, I would use a larger beam angle in the living and dining area. No spots with 38-40°.

Due to the tall cabinet (at the top of the plan?), the center of the room shifts. The center of the room would then be between the tall cabinet and the wall. Conversely, if there is nothing at the bottom of the plan anyway, then the lamp position with focus on the tall cabinet is not so bad.

The disadvantage of the table lamps on the nightstands is that they take up surface space. You don’t have that with a wall lamp or pendant lamps.

True. Planning a bathroom is not so easy.
Maybe as an idea:
Red: general lighting spots and WC wall lamp.

Yellow: work lighting (mirror light). There are several options for this. Pendant lamps or wall lamps on the left and right next to the mirror or integrated mirror lighting.

Green: cozy lighting with dimmable wall lamps.

Not sure if it works to put the WC wall lamp on two switches. Use the lamp as both main and cozy lighting.
