Lighting design basement filigree ceiling

I actually don't understand the hallway at all, the way it is. It's too narrow for a wall of cabinets or shelves.
Why is there a corner bitten out from the bottom left room?
If you position the doors of the rooms differently, you almost don't need it.

So apart from the fact that I find the floor plan very questionable and would approach it again. In the hallway, you could probably halve it; to know exactly you would have to calculate how many lumens the spots produce and then see how bright you want it. There are plenty of lists and calculators for that on the internet. In the rooms, I would make it dependent on the usage. Especially in a storage room with high shelves, spots might be less in the way than LEDs in fluorescent tube form or similar. Here I would also build specifically so that there is light where later no shelf is directly underneath to absorb the light. I do not share or understand the forum's "aversion" to spots (which you can also easily combine with something else).

Where is the exit of the staircase on this floor? Is the arrangement of the rooms intentional or rather random? For the room with the multi-utility entry, I assume that the street is there. Why is the technical room separate? The use of the other two rooms would be interesting.

The two hallways are dumb, but hardly possible otherwise without moving the stairs, alternatively pass-through rooms.

Multiple sectors and technology separated is illogical.

You mentioned somewhere something about a partial basement apartment. It would be good to know what exactly you plan to do there.

The lower hallway extends forever into storage 2.

The passage next to the stairs looks very narrow. Keep in mind that sometimes something bigger has to fit into the technical rooms; somewhat wider doors are not wrong.
