It's simply a hallway, no shelves or anything else.
Regarding the doors, you're right, I'll take another look.

I am open to comments, what do you think could be done differently?

Where is the staircase exit on this floor? Is the arrangement of the rooms intentional or rather coincidental? For the room with [Mehrsparteneinführung], I assume that the street is there. Why? Is the technology separated? The use of the other two rooms would be interesting.

The two hallways are annoying, but hardly possible to change without moving the staircase, alternatively pass-through rooms.

Separating multi-utility and technology is illogical.

You mentioned somewhere something about a partial basement apartment. It would be good to know what you plan to do there.

The lower hallway extends forever into storage 2.

The passage next to the staircase looks very narrow. Keep in mind that especially bigger things sometimes have to go into the technical rooms, so slightly wider doors are not a bad idea.

The exit is at the bottom on the straight section towards the technical room. The technical room is separate because I wanted the ventilation intake and outlet, heat pump, etc. at the back of the house and not at the front on the entrance door side or the street side. Storage 2 is a pure storage room which might also be used as a hobby room or similar in the future. Storage 3 is a party room.

Moving the stairs is no longer possible because of the ground floor.
The technical room is separated because I wanted the ventilation intake and outlet, heat pump, etc., at the back of the house and not at the front on the entrance door side or facing the street.
Storage 2 and 3 are basement apartments, but storage 2 is only optional for the future.
The passage is wider and the doors in the technical room are 1 m wide.
