Lighting design basement filigree ceiling

Moving the stairs is no longer possible because of the ground floor.

The ground floor doesn’t quite convince me either ;) but there are better people here than me for that.

The technical room is separate because I wanted the ventilation intake and outlet, heat pump, etc. behind the house and not in front on the entrance door side or towards the street.

I would reconsider that.

First, you will have to run water/sewage and possibly electricity across again, plus ventilation and heat pump in the garden are rather annoying for me, at the driveway or in front of the door they bother people walking on the sidewalk.

I would at least change this corner in the basement. And see if the second corridor can somehow be eliminated.

I think I didn't even upload the ground floor plan, but it has to please and be useful to everyone individually. I removed the corner in the basement, good tip
