Sun protection from the inside... forget it. It's no good.

Textile screens... no personal experience. Only what I see and hear, mostly from commercial properties. However, the experience is too recent to report on mold. But I hear and see row after row of screens that either wrinkle immediately with the installation or shortly thereafter. Whether that's due to poor quality, improper installation, or just normal because the fabric "works," no idea.

(Not only) I am especially puzzled by the timing of the reflection. How does one on the one hand come up with such an extravagant detail, but on the other hand not plan it? - I interpret "im Bau befindlich" as "approved and started".

Make the fattest electric curtains the world has ever seen

Inspired by your window, I would also be interested in the house. Do you have pictures you want to show us?

The architect said that it is not a problem. So I just took his word for it. You don't build that often in life... I would rather not publish pictures here now, I also have few to none in the current overall view.

I had to google first what that means. It can look quite nice, but I'm skeptical because of the second large and also asymmetrical window. Especially if you have a roller shutter on the side but a textile screen in front. The maintenance seems complicated. These things must not stay wet for long in case of an unexpected shower. Maybe that's why the creases appear immediately, because they were rolled up wet for too long? Difficult to find a good solution afterwards.

Then he should put his money where his mouth is. Hic Rhodos. Did you leave or were you left? The forum is happy when it is not seen as a one-way street. How many times has it already been re-planned over and over?
