That is laminated. A car sticker will come along and remove it for you so that you can only see it with a magnifying glass. Karsten

Yes, that's what I mean.
A replacement probably wouldn't be worth it -> too much effort

Just to ask naively: Are you sure it’s REALLY a scratch? Because we had the same issue. After the windows were installed, we also had these "scratches" on one of our windows – even 3 of them! I was already panicking right away. It looked exactly like yours. It felt like a scratch (you could really feel it when running your finger over it), looked just like in your photo. I wiped it with a cloth, hoping it was just dirt... nothing happened. Then my husband wiped it with a damp cloth, putting a bit more effort and wiping a little longer than I did, and lo and behold: the "scratches" disappeared. They were gone. Completely invisible, as if they were never there. No change in the texture on the film, no raised or sunken spots where the "scratch" was, no color difference from the rest of the window. There's no sign anymore that anything was there. I have no idea what it ultimately was, but it wasn’t a scratch. I suspect it might have been some kind of adhesive residue or something similarly stubborn, no idea?! In any case, nothing is visible anymore. Not even after months. That doesn’t mean it’s exactly the same for you. But take a closer look again. In case of doubt, it’s still better to contact the GU before you accidentally cause damage by scrubbing yourself (for us, that was more luck than judgment :D).

Yes, unfortunately, it is a scratch.
Repairing with [Folie] is probably complicated as well.
Would probably now be fixed with a paint pen.
I have to see if I can live with it.

Leave that to the one who does it, how to repair it, have you ever seen how [Folierungen] are repaired?

I leave that to them, that was the information from the window maker. The profile on the side must be completely wrapped. Just repairing the scratch with colored wax or the paint pen is possible. But it won’t be invisible.
