Land price - Buildable or not? Experiences?

My parents own a large plot of land, the rear part of which (600 sqm) is currently not being used.

And the front part - is your house located there? - and wouldn't a right of way along its building line be sufficient to develop the building plot? I would say: enough said, throw an aerial photo or a cadastral excerpt into the discussion!

Why pressure? I don't have any pressure at all. The land thing is just one of many options for us, nothing more. My neighbor isn't getting rid of his land anyway. So why should I pay him a pile of money? I have my idea and he has his. And if in the end we can't agree on the price, then so be it.

Somehow I get the impression that you only see your point of view. So how about a site plan?
