It is the same basis. If you mean the building drawn in, that is the existing building, which has meanwhile been demolished. Both plans are current.

The legal basis for the tree protection strip is the development plan, which is binding.

Make use of the carport extension clear to yourselves .. bicycles are meant to be pushed in there. It is drawn with a width of 6 m. And the way it is drawn now, it won't work for bicycles.

Thank you. That is an argument. But how to solve it, where else can the bike shed go?

a) they are obviously different bases from which the excerpts were taken; b) that was already clear to me; c) they can hardly be equally current and depict different facts.

... and must have been substantiated – airtight, of course. I see no comprehensibility of the restriction itself, and I would doubt its appropriateness (and attack it if necessary).

Therefore reconsider ... carport only about 350 and make the extension larger and for the second car simply a parking space on the east side .. with grass pavers.

We don't know the location and your situation. That is always the crux when it comes to planning questions and the person asking only gives what they consider relevant data. House and site planning is overall a complex matter and has many factors that need to be considered during planning.

For example, corner windows .. have you thought that through well? How does the shading look there?
Kitchen .. distance between the sink island and cooking area ... I would find that a bit large.
Floor-to-ceiling window behind the couch - sensible?
Floor-to-ceiling windows in general .. I think I read that the children's rooms upstairs will also have them.
