.. you can find the plot dimensions in the architect's drawing in post 1.
I only see the depth of the building window. Can you read the total depth of the plot somewhere? I would like to know if the garage would also fit in the north.
I would actually go for a knee wall of 180 or similar here and create storage space under the roof above the roof slope/gable roof.
I think the height restriction could be a problem there.
Building window, building line and boundary: no information (Baden-Württemberg); blue dashed line in the picture
Edge development: garage
That does not seem to be correct. What is this dotted line in the north supposed to mean?
Can you read off the total depth of the property anywhere? I would like to know if the garage would also fit in the north.
The depth from the street to the planned upper boundary of the building area is 22.50m. I think you also cannot plan a garage beyond this building boundary. That looks like a designated planting strip. But that would be a senselessly long driveway and with a double garage a house would also shift quite far towards the southwest, because the total width is "only" 21m. I really find the distribution by the architect quite good.
Plant strips, I think, will be taboo. They have thought of something with the green zone. In this respect, I find the carport with the storage room well placed where it is now.
