Well, I'm always a bit skeptical when the terrace is right next to the path to the front door. You always feel watched there. Every delivery person walks right past there. I'd rather have the house facing the street and a terrace in the northwest. But well, I guess that's a matter of taste.

I just took a quick look and found the floor plan quite good. As has been pointed out several times: instead of the walled pantry, you could add two tall cabinets for supplies in the kitchen. On the hallway side towards the living room, I would consider a nice cabinet that can serve as a storage room and takes up less depth for cleaning supplies, possibly a vacuum cleaner, etc.
In the master bedroom, the open access at the head of the bed bothers me. I would probably place the access from the dressing room to the bedroom on the west side (even if the way to the bed is then a bit longer) and position the head of the bed against the stairwell wall. You would then have a protected room, yet still a view. Just an idea. Best regards

I do not see the reduction of the straight-wall upper floor to a knee wall of 180 cm as creating a problem (except possibly a more expensive roof construction), but also not solving any.

No, not here, because a building boundary exists. You have to adapt to it and possibly work with privacy protection, e.g. wall, partition or shrubs/hedge. True. Somehow it doesn’t help.

That just doesn't work. I mostly agree with that. What bothers me most is the hidden house entrance. Therefore, the suggestion was to have a full-depth building window and make it narrower, and possibly have the entrance from the south after all. One would have to "play" around with that.
